Description
Night gown-blouse, white, cotton, with rounded open neckline with long wide sleeves. The torso consists of two parts: the upper part covering the bust, with a wavy blanket stitch at the edge of the neckline, followed by a row of oval holes for the ribbon, continued with a composition of eight vertical pillars of cutwork, with small pillars amongst nine bouquets of flowers with cutwork pedals, topstitch leaves, and stem stitch for the branches. The upper part extends to three wide parts/tongues, connected with the lower part with small pillars. The lower part begins with seven vertical bundles of five nervir, of 10cm length each. At the two sides of the waist two loops blanket stitch for a belt. Long bloomer below the knee, white, with a string in the middle. Approx. at knee height, four rows of nervir, followed by entre-deux and cutwork daisies, continued with ruffles by lace at the edge, with cutwork flowers and leaves, with topstitch which becomes galloon lace with blanket stitch.
